The challenge
The existing WooCommerce–Stripe–Zoho integration kept failing: heavy payloads caused script timeouts, customers were duplicated across CRM modules, and billing mismatches had to be reconciled by hand.
What we built
- Secure webhook listeners with an asynchronous staging layer in Zoho Creator to absorb heavy payloads
- Error-handled Deluge functions that update contacts in Zoho CRM in real time
- Automatic invoice creation in Zoho Books from Stripe and WooCommerce events
- Strict identifier matching to stop duplicates at the source
The result
Zero timeouts, zero duplicate records, fully reconciled billing — and hours of manual reconciliation removed every week.
