Onboarding involved PRO applications, candidate arrival dates and many hand-offs between officers. Status lived in spreadsheets and messages, and KPI timing didn’t account for files that were legitimately on hold.

- Blueprint stages that guide each file from application to completed onboarding
- Hold and resume logic that remembers the exact stage a file was paused at
- Candidate arrival tracking with automatic status updates across related records
- KPI clocks that pause during holds, plus a full hold/resume audit log
