The challenge

Website leads had to be copied into Podio by hand, which was slow and caused missed or mistyped leads.

What we built

  • OAuth2 connection to Podio
  • A visual field-mapping screen so non-technical staff can map any form field to a Podio field
  • Per-form enable/disable, automatic retries (up to 5 attempts) and type-aware formatting
  • A built-in activity log of every push

The result

Every website lead lands in Podio automatically — no manual data entry.
